The AKBM(Association of Korea Broadcasting Musician) is composed of professionals
in broadcasting music, who work in broadcsting programs that viewers enjoy.
The AKBM is a non-profit organization created to contribute
to the protection of the rights and interests of these members
and the development of broadcasting culture.

Everyone in broadcast music has long had their legal status unclear.
The association must embrace the order of the new market
and actively respond to the changing times.
Also focus on protecting and promoting the rights of our members.
But the copyright laws that need to support this
do not accommodate market demands in a timely manner.
And the reality is that no one will solve this.

Since the establishment of the association has granted legal rights,
we will do our best to become an association
that is responsible for broadcasting musicians to work in a better environment
through support for activities and welfare systems for broadcasting musicians.

We will become AKBM that constantly thinks about a better future broadcasting environment
and broadcasting music culture and strives to strengthen its capabilities.

한국방송음악인협회는 방송음악 전문인으로서
시청자들이 즐기고 있는 방송프로그램에 활동하는 종사자들로 구성되어있습니다.
사단법인 한국방송음악인협회는 이런 회원들의 권익보호와
방송문화 발전에 기여하고자 만들어진 비영리단체입니다.

방송음악하는 모든사람들은 오랜세월동안 법적지위가 불분명했습니다.
협회는 새로운 시장의 질서를 수용하고 시대적 변화에 적극적으로 대응해야 합니다.
또한 회원의 권리 보호와 신장에도 매진해야 합니다.
그러나 이를 뒷받침해야 하는 저작권법은 시장의 요구를 적시에 수용하지 못하고 있습니다.
또 아무도 이를 해결해 주지않는게 현실입니다.

이번 협회 설립을 계기로 법적 권리가 부여된 만큼 방송음악을 하시는 분들에게
활동 지원과, 복지 제도 등을 통해 방송음악인들이 보다 나은 환경에서 일을 할 수 있도록
책임을 다하는 협회가 되도록 최선을 다하겠습니다.

좀 더 나은 미래 방송 환경과 방송음악문화를 위해 끊임없이 고민하고,
역량강화를 위해 노력을 아끼지 않는 사단법인 한국방송음악인협회가 되겠습니다.
